RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• Everything is handmade to order. All sales are FINAL. 
• Tee shirt designs are pre-made and colors of design can not be changed. Example: If the design is black and you choose a dark color tee, the design may not be visible. 
• Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Orders can not be cancelled or refunded so please make sure order is correct at check out.
• If an error was made at the fault of seller such as wrong color, item, font, or other defects you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package at jessica@acedesignsco.com
• If we determine a replacement is necessary the item must be sent back unworn and in orignal condition at the expense of the buyer.

• Turn inside out.
• Machine wash cold.* Do NOT bleach.
• No fabric softener.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
• Do NOT iron the design or dry clean.

• Hand wash only.
• Let it air dry.
• Do NOT soak.
• Do NOT put in dishwasher.
• Do NOT put in microwave.
• Do NOT leave in extreme temperatures.
• Do NOT drop.

SHIPPING FOR TEES & ACCESSORIES

• Please allow 14-16 business days, not including weekends and holidays for processing, and another 3-5 business days for shipping. If you need your order sooner, please contact me to arrange BEFORE ordering. 
• Ace Designs is not responsible for any packages that are lost/returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned YOU will be responsible for covering any additional shipping cost. 
• We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
